Q: I received a set-up error message when I tried to install the Q Media CD. What should I do? A: If an old or different version of 'Q Speech' has already been installed on your PC, you will see this error message when you try to install the Q Media CD:      1. Click the 'Close' button.      2. Remove the older version of 'Q Speech' manually by doing the following:           a. Go to Start - Control Panel - "Add or Remove programs".                      b. Click "Add or Remove Programs".                      c. Find the 'Q Speech' program and click 'Remove'.                 3. Install the Q Media CD again.
